"My initial contact was with Andy Stewart. He was kind and thorough and spent a lot of time reviewing my previous insurance policies. He then made several recommendations for improved coverage with State Farm while also saving us money. Because Andy is the owner of the business, he felt I would be better served by working directly with a licensed agent in his office. That’s when I met Chris Ostrowski. Chris has been fantastic to work with. He answered my MANY questions and waited patiently while my husband and I made our decision to switch to State Farm insurance. As of today State Farm now handles all of our insurance needs. We feel very confident working with Chris and know that he has our best interests in mind. "Darrell McMiller has been working with my fiancé and I during a busy time of moving and needing new car insurance over the past few months. Darrell is extremely communicative, proactive, and the only agent who has bothered to explain the ins and outs of auto insurance in a professional and friendly manner (prior to choosing State Farm, I tried to get quotes from Progressive, Geico, All State, and a few others and their agents kind of made me feel like a burden for asking questions. Darrell would never!! He is very considerate and on top of things.) Prices are fair, any help I’ve needed is quick, and I’m very grateful he has been able to assist with all the questions we’ve had.
